• Appalachian Conjure does not offer refunds on physical products once they are shipped. Once they are in the hands of the USPS, we do not accept any liability for damage done.
   

• We do not offer refunds on spiritual work already performed.
   

• We ask that you give 3 months to see results for spiritual work. If it is really as important as you say it is, is 3 months really a long time to wait?
   

• Our products are custom made. Each one of them. As soon as someone asks for a product, we begin working on it within 24 hours. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will change your order with no cost to you to something else of similar price. This means if you change your mind, you can choose to either change the product to something similar (e.g. You wanted a love work, but you have changed your mind to money work -- one of the same amount of money will be performed at no extra cost to replace the love work that's been paid for,) or you can consider it a love donation made to us. You will not get a monetary refund.
   

• We offer NO refunds on consultations. There is no way to refund our readers for their time, and there is no way we can offer you a refund on your time, either. We do our best to provide the most accurate consultations possible, and if you are not happy, we are happy to suggest other readers.
